Corrective Action

Our suite of specialist services can help you take the necessary corrective action.

At Eagle Environmental, identification and analysis is only one part of our work. Though monitoring of various environmental factors is important to meet your legal and regulatory obligations, if you do identify an issue then you may also be obligated to correct it. Our team of experts can help take the pain out of complex projects to institute corrective action in a range of environmental areas.

Our expert team includes geologists, toxicologists, and civil engineers with extensive experience in assisting clients from government, industry and the private sector in corrective actions efforts related to soil and groundwater quality issues. These include sites affected by chlorinated hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, pulp and paper sludges, and produced water from oil and gas activities with our industrial clients.

Eagle Environmental’s corrective action experience in the area of chlorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides and herbicides includes groundwater recovery and treatment, air sparging with soil vacuum extractions, source removal by way of excavation and disposal, and other risk-based corrective action. We can also carry out in-situ bioremediation through ORC®, HRC®, and RegenOx® applications, as well as the installation, operation and maintenance of remediation systems, and pilot studies to help your facility estimate the effectiveness of different corrective solutions.

In the hydrocarbons field, our range of services includes landfarming, in-situ bioremediation through ORC® and RegenOx® applications, and other risk-based corrective action. We can administer ozone injections; manage underground storage tank closures; install, operate and maintain remediation systems; and conduct pilot studies. When working at oil and gas exploration and production sites, we can manage LDNR 29-B pit closures, conduct produced waters assessments and recommend and execute corrective action, and undertake related agronomic enhancements.

Our work at pulp and paper facilities includes landfarming, risk-based corrective action, and source removal through excavation and disposal.
